Location in background is not working on iOS App

Check the permissions for the TeamSpoor app from:

Settings > Apps > TeamSpoor 

Enable location permission to "Always Allow", and also enable Background Refresh for the app.


In low power mode the OS will disable background refresh and that will also disable location updates on TeamSpoor. So ensure user is not using low power mode.


To manage app background refresh permissions on an iOS beta, go to 

Settings > General > Background App Refresh and select your preferred setting: Wi-Fi & Cellular. 

If the setting is unavailable or grayed out, it's likely due to a restriction set in 

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Background App Activities, which can be set to "Allow" to enable changes.
