Accessing the Billing Page on ZNICRM

When attempting to access the billing or subscription management page, you may occasionally encounter the following message:

“Please login from https://dash.znicrm.com to make changes in the plan.”

Why This Happens

This message appears if you are trying to access the billing page from an unsupported host, such as https://dash.zni.in or another domain variant. While these domains are valid ZNICRM hosts and used for general platform access, only https://dash.znicrm.com is authorized for billing and payment-related functions.

This restriction is intentional and legally important. ZNICRM has designated dash.znicrm.com as the official host name for all purchases, upgrades, or billing modifications. By enforcing this rule, we ensure that:

  1. Payment Security – Transactions are always processed through our verified and secured billing domain.

  2. Legal & Compliance Assurance – Centralizing payments under the official host helps ZNICRM meet regulatory and financial compliance requirements.

  3. Clarity for Customers – Restricting billing access to a single domain prevents confusion when reviewing credit card or bank statements, where the billing descriptor will always reference ZNICRM.

What You Should Do

If you see this message, simply log in directly via the official billing domain: https://dash.znicrm.com

Once logged in from this host, you will be able to:

  • View and manage your current subscription plan

  • Update payment methods

  • Make changes to billing details

  • Download invoices or receipts

Important Note

Although you may log into ZNICRM using other hostnames (such as dash.zni.in), those domains are not authorized for financial transactions. For your protection, only dash.znicrm.com may be used for any action related to payment
